How long does window replacement take?

Replacing all the windows on your house can take anywhere from 1-3 days. It depends on the size of the house and number of windows being replaced. This does not include the shipping time to get windows if they are custom sizes. The custom sized windows tend to be the biggest delay in our schedule because they are built when we order them. Standard size windows are often readily available. When we do your inspection, we can provide a rough estimate of the total timeline for the project.

When is the best time of year to replace my windows?

Spring and fall are often the best times to replace windows. The temperatures are more mild and will have less of an impact on your energy bills. Replacing each window leaves a temporary hole in your house. That can let out conditioned air so we try to avoid that during the cooler spring and fall months. It’s not always possible, but we do the best we can to save you money.

Is it cheaper to replace all your windows at once?

Yes, generally, the more windows you replace, the cheaper the cost will be per window.
